Can you create any Diamond Ring Style?

Yes, we use Computer-Aided Design to showcase how any ring style will look with your chosen finger size and gemstone. Send us a photo of what you love, or select from our diamond ring styles and modify to suit.

What are the quality assurances?

We offer a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship of every diamond ring we produce. We create rings that have quality, weight and luxury attached to ensure you never have any problems. The best quality at the best price.

What is the Process?

Once you select a diamond ring style, we will draw it up using architectural CAD software for you to approve. Design changes are possible and you can also try on a 3D resin print. Once the design is confirmed, we require a 50% deposit and the balance on completion – in about 2-3 weeks.

How long does it take to make a ring?

We take 2-3 weeks to complete each ring, but we can create it in 1 week by arrangement. You can also borrow a proposal ring and design the ring together—assuming she says yes.

How do I design an engagement ring?

Contact our friendly team of expert designers. You can either design from the comfort of home as we use CAD software and we’ll email design images or pop into your closest shop. Call us, email us, video contact, shop visit – lets begin the process.

Can we trust Polished Diamonds?

Yes, you can 100%. We are members of New Zealand Jewellers and Watchmakers. Our business dates back to 1969, and we have thousands of satisfied New Zealand clients. We have shops in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch for you to visit and meet the team. We complete jewellery repairs, resizing, and re-modelling work for locals.
