I have no hesitation in recommending Polished Diamonds. In typical Male fashion I had left the final order until the last minute and Dan really pulled out all the stops to make sure that I had the ring in time for our flight overseas. If you have looked at their website, then I would definitely suggest you give Dan a call. After talking with him for 15 minutes you will see the passion he has for this business and for diamonds. Further, after listening to him, you will know more about diamonds than 95% of the staff in other shops. After talking with Dan, I spent a lot of time looking at other shops to see what they could offer. It was obvious that there was no comparison in service, quality and price. From there, it was an easy decision to entrust what is a very important moment to him. The ring always draws heaps of positive comments and is unlike anything I have ever seen. Absolutely stunning!
Dan I just realised that I got so caught up with the proposal and the excitement and madness that followed that I forgot to give you feedback on the ring. I loved the presentation. The inconspicuous white box surrounding your lovely ring box. Letting you know, there is something truly special hiding in the dark shiny wooden box. The rings themselves have exceeded all my expectations. I chose Polished Diamonds because I thought your website was classy and professional, your ring designs were stylish but understated at the same time, exuding class but never shouting too loud about it. The craftsmanship and attention to detail has to be applauded, dare I say, even outdoing the CAD images.
The diamonds sparkle, boy do they sparkle, even in normal lighting. I can’t take my eyes off them. And the rose gold bands with the platinum top are divine In a word, WOW!
