Design your Diamond Ring or Jewellery item. We use architectural CAD software (Computer-Aided Design), so you can view how the ring will actually look when finished – how cool is that! We use the actual gemstone measurements and finger size and lay this across any ring style and showcase how the ring will look. This allows clients to make design adjustments like a wider band, higher setting or add gemstones. Ring resizing is performed in our specialised workshop. The process involves either opening the base of the ring to add a new piece of gold or platinum for resizing it to a larger size, or removing material to make it smaller. For a basic resize down, please allow for a minimum cost of $150. If additional gold or platinum is needed, the price will be slightly higher. Typically, resizing rings takes 5 to 10 business days; however, we can sometimes complete the process quickly if arranged in advance.

Polishing jewellery removes scratches and marks from Diamond Rings and Fine Jewellery. It ensures a shiny finish and helps gemstones to sparkle bright. The process involves using a polishing compound or rouge and removing surface scratches to bring back a beautiful shine. We then clean the item in an ultra-sonic and check the claws and gemstone are tight. Polishing jewellery is regarded as a full service and ensures your item lasts for many years of admiration and happiness. We recommend a full service and polish every two years. Rhodium is used to make white gold super white and is $50 extra.

We offer jewellery repairs in our state-of-the-art workshop. Our skilled team of master jewellers has over 100 years of experience working with gold and platinum. We can resize, re-tip, and often restore family heirloom rings and fine jewellery. We enjoy bringing your items to life with quality repairs. If claw tips are missing from a ring, the gemstone is not secure and can be lost. We charge $40 per claw tip to secure your gemstones. Gold and Platinum must be supplied to build a new claw; our workshop will shape and complete the work. All claws should be replaced at the same time. Sometimes, a new setting is required if the sides are worn and putting a new tip onto the claw/prong is impossible. Jewellery Valuations by Independent and qualified professionals. The valuation is a full audit of your jewellery item. It includes metal testing to confirm the gold or platinum quality and gemstone testing for size, carat, colour, clarity and quality. The jewellery items are photographed and weighed before a full description is written and placed onto a formal document. The valuation fills an insurance record, audit, and purchase confirmation.
