Step 2: Design

Are you Worried It Won’t Be Perfect? Perfection is in the details; we ensure every detail is right. Using advanced Computer-Aided Design (CAD) technology, we create a realistic image of your ring in actual proportion. You’ll see exactly how it will look before it’s made. Review the CAD design via email and request adjustments until you are completely satisfied. We can even 3D print a resin copy for you to check - how cool is that! We produce the most symmetrically perfect rings possible with a lifetime guarantee, and they are NZ-made.

Step 3 - Beautiful Craftsmanship

Are you Concerned About Quality? Our creation process guarantees precision and perfection. After you approve the CAD design, we will create a 3D wax replica of your ring. This wax model casts your ring in your chosen metal: Platinum, Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, or White Gold.

Hand-Finished to Perfection. Our skilled artisans hand-finish the ring, polishing it to a mirror-like shine and meticulously setting the gemstones under a microscope. Every ring is crafted with the utmost care and attention to quality and carefully checked to ensure perfection.

Step 4: Presentation & Delivery

Final Quality Checks for Complete Confidence. Before your ring is delivered, it undergoes a final inspection to ensure it matches your order. We check the finger size, metal, and gemstone, ensuring perfect detail. The ring is then ultrasonically cleaned and placed in a presentation box, ready for your special moment. Collect from one of our shops or free insured delivery to your doorstep.

Fast Turnaround, Lifetime Support. The entire process typically takes two weeks, but we can produce in one week if required. As a VIP client, you can visit any of our shops for free jewellery cleaning for the lifetime of your ring.

We typically take 2-3 weeks to produce each ring, but we can shorten this to 1 week by arrangement.

Can we select any gemstones?

Yes, we supply all gemstones, including natural and lab-grown diamonds, sapphires, rubies, and more. You can choose the gemstone that best suits your style and budget.

What is the cost of engagement rings?

Prices are based on the amount of gold or platinum used and the chosen gemstone's cost. Heavier rings may slightly increase in price to cover extra gold or platinum. We are unbeaten on price vs. quality.

Are your diamonds independently certified?

Yes, all our diamonds are independently graded by world-leading reputable laboratories such as GIA, IGI, or HRD, ensuring you receive an accurate diamond of the highest quality.

Do you offer free jewellery cleaning?

Yes, as a VIP Polished Diamonds client, you can visit any of our shops for free jewellery cleaning for the lifetime of your ring.

Our engagement rings can be made in almost every precious metal. Yellow, Rose and White Gold are available in 9kt, 10kt, 14kt, 18kt, 20kt and 22kt fineness. Platinum, Palladium and Sterling Silver.

Is there a guarantee on the jewellery?

We offer a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship and quality of our jewellery. This does not include wear and tear but does cover any defects or defaults due to our design and manufacture. You are safe with us.

Do you offer lab-grown diamonds?
